1. What is Hunting by Design?
Hunting by Design is a website by people who like hunting, for people who like hunting. Hunting by Design is a new website which allows you to better express your passions in your home.
2. Where is Hunting by Design based?
Hunting by Design is run by a husband and wife team from Wisconsin and the UK, respectively. They are currently living in Texas, immersed in hunting culture and surrounded by inspiration and ideas for hunting-themed interior design on a daily basis.
3. Where do you get your products from?
The hunting & fishing decor we sell on this site is hand-selected from a small number of quality merchants around the world. With hundreds of hunting-themed products and gifts in one place, we’ll help make your shopping experience as easy and smooth as possible.
We also make referrals to a small number of other businesses that we think are doing a fantastic job in this space.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
1. Why isn’t my payment going through?
If your payment isn’t being accepted, please check that you are using the correct billing address and zipcode. The billing zipcode must match the address where the card is registered.
2. Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
If you need to amend your booking for any reason, please get in touch with us immediately via our contact form or email. The order can be changed at no cost, as long as it hasn’t already been prepared for delivery.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as it hasn’t already been prepared and sent out for delivery.
4. What does “pending” mean under my order status?
If you see the word pending on your order, it simply means that we are waiting for your payment to process. As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be out for delivery within 1-4 days.
5. Why was my order canceled?
If your order has been canceled and you didn’t request it, then it may be that our system suspected your account to be a fraudulent one. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask that you get in touch with us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
6. What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the due date, you can track your order via the online tracker or contact us with your order information. We’ll be happy to find out where your order is and let you know asap.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. When will my order ship?
Once your payment has been verified, your item should be shipped within 1-4 days. Please check our shipping policy for further information.
2. Why can’t I have my products shipped faster?
The shipping options are determined to be the very best way in getting this product to you, both safely and affordably. In some cases we can get the item to you faster than the date quoted, but the price of shipping is so high that we’re unable to offer it under our free shipping policy.

3. Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?
If your product is being shipped from overseas, then you may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes. These charges (if applicable) are usually around 20% of the product’s worth, depending on where the product is shipping from. You can contact your local customs office for specifics.
Hunting by Design is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges due. Please note that on rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed due to customs.
4. Can I make a return?
At Hunting by Design our ultimate goal is to have happy, satisfied customers. If the wrong item arrived or if your item arrived damaged or faulty, then please accept our sincere apologies. Please get in touch with us immediately so we can initiate a replacement or refund.
At this time we cannot accept refunds if you simply change your mind, so please bear that in mind when you're shopping with us.
